Copyright Info

Recently I was asked why I add a copyright notice to my articles in light of the fact that Jesus taught ‘freely you have received, freely give”.  The answer is that I have had articles dissected and portions removed and used out of context, by questionable Christian ministries who then used them to attack other ministries.  Additionally, I have had articles uploaded to Facebook by at least one false prophetic minister who was claiming  he had written them.  This man had a very large and growing follower base who believed he was hearing from God.

For that reason I use a copyright notice on my articles so that I can call to account anyone who uses them to deceive the people of God.  They are free to anyone who genuinely wants to share them for the purpose of edification and building up the Body of Christ.  I simply ask that when sharing you include the copyright notice at the bottom of the article (see below) so readers can trace back to this Bread for the Bride blogsite if they so desire.  Thankyou for your understanding.

  1. Cherly, I’m so sorry I have only just noticed your copyright info. I had assumed that as long as I reblogged and connected back to your blog I would be acting courteously. Will in future ask permission. My sincere apologises. Karen
